We are getting ready for the World Summit Award 2013!

The World Summit Award (WSA) is a global activity, recognized by the United Nations to select and promote the world's best e-Content and most innovative ICT applications the gateway to which is the e-Swabhimani Award.

The e-Swabhimani Award offers a platform for all who value the creative use of ICTs and who are committed to making today’s information society more inclusive. With a view to ensuring that we have the best from Sri Lanka to be showcased at the WSA 2013 the ICTA has got moving with an early call for e-Swabhimani 2012. We invite developers to spruce up their digital creations, develop innovative products and apps that would make Sri Lanka proud.

Nominations for e-Swabhimani 2012 will be open in August 2012 and Jury selections will take place in November 2012.
